KALI-AI is an AI chat platform that provides:

• Access to multiple AI language models through a unified interface
• Text-based conversations with AI models
• AI-powered image generation
• Document analysis capabilities
• Web search integration

The service is provided through our website at kaliai.app. We use OpenRouter as our API gateway to access AI models from various providers including DeepSeek, Qwen, Llama, Mistral, and others.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. Eligibility

To use KALI-AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws
• Not have been previously banned from our service

If using on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• You must create an account using Google Sign-In
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One account per person; multiple accounts are prohibited
• You must provide accurate information and keep it updated

5. Subscription and Payments

Pricing Tiers

Payment Terms

• Payments are processed by Razorpay
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions (except as required by law)
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds are processed at our discretion for legitimate issues
• Refunds for subscription services are typically not provided after the service has been used

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Free Tier Limits

• 30 messages per day
• 50,000 tokens per month
• 3 AI-generated images per day

Paid Tier Limits

• Subject to Fair Usage Policy
• Maximum limits as specified in your subscription tier
• Excessive automated usage is prohibited

We reserve the right to:

• Throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the service
• Modify usage limits with notice
• Implement rate limiting to ensure service quality for all users

7. User Content and AI Outputs

Your Content (Inputs)

• You retain ownership of the text and data you submit to KALI-AI
• You grant us a license to process your inputs to provide the service
• You are solely responsible for the content you submit

AI-Generated Content (Outputs)

• AI outputs are generated by third-party AI models
• Ownership and usage rights for AI outputs are subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers
• You may use AI outputs for personal and commercial purposes, subject to applicable laws
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use KALI-AI for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Create content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
• Attempt to generate malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deception
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract AI model weights
• Resell or redistribute access to KALI-AI without authorization
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to "jailbreak" or circumvent AI safety measures
• Generate spam or unsolicited bulk content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

KALI-AI's Property

• The KALI-AI name, logo, and branding are our property
• The website design, code, and features are protected by copyright
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission

Third-Party Property

• AI models are owned by their respective providers
• You must respect the intellectual property rights of others
• Do not submit content that infringes copyrights or trademarks

Your Property

• You retain ownership of original content you create
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content to provide the service

10. Disclaimers

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Freedom from viruses or harmful components

AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inappropriate material. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI output.

KALI-AI is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on AI responses for medical, legal, financial, or other professional decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for actions you take based on AI-generated content
• We are not liable for third-party AI model provider actions or failures

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KALI-AI, Bizzsoft Digital, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the service

13. Termination

By You

• You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Deleting your account removes your data (subject to legal retention requirements)

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
• We may terminate accounts for prolonged inactivity
• We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Termination for Terms violation forfeits any unused subscription time

Upon Termination

• Your right to use the service ends immediately
• We may delete your data after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India
• Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction
• You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally before legal action
• Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms on this page
• Updating the "Effective Date"
• Sending email notification for significant changes

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the service.

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and KALI-AI
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• No Agency: Nothing creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship
