1. Introduction

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds and cancellations for KALI-AI (operated by Bizzsoft Digital).

By subscribing to any of our paid tiers, you agree to the terms laid out in this policy.

2. General No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our service, all subscription charges are strictly non-refundable.

Our platform provides direct access to third-party AI models (such as those from DeepSeek, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) via API providers like OpenRouter. Every query you make incurs direct, non-recoverable upstream costs on our end. Because these costs are immediately expended when you use the service, we cannot offer refunds for used subscription time or remaining billing cycle days.

3. 48-Hour Exception for First-Time Subscribers

We understand that you might want to try our service to see if it meets your needs. Therefore, we offer a limited exception for first-time subscribers.

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial subscription purchase,strictly provided that you have not exceeded 50 API requests (messages sent to the AI).

Important: If you have made more than 50 API requests, or if more than 48 hours have passed since your initial subscription, you are no longer eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or your account settings.

  • No Mid-Cycle Refunds: If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Continued Access: You will continue to have access to your premium features until the current billing cycle expires.
  • We do not prorate charges or offer partial refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
